Meet JUSTIN BIEBER
Line Up Instructions
• Security will not allow anyone to line-up for the Justin Bieber event until 2:00 pm on Friday, November 20th
• All customers who arrive on property for this event MUST line up on the top level of the Mall’s SOUTH parking garage (outside of Apple and Macy's)
• You may not form lines ANYWHERE else in the mall prior to 2:00 p.m. the day of the event
• Beginning at 2:00p.m. approximately 50 fans at a time will be allowed to line up in front of the Justice Store
• When you enter the line, please remain single file
• Because we cannot block the other retailers around the Justice Store, the balance of the fans will be at a nearby secondary location within the mall (the south parking garage as instructed above)
• Security will escort approximately 50 fans at a time to the Justice Store
• Justin Bieber will do his best to accommodate all his fans but due to the anticipated attendance, autographs are on a first-come, first-serve basis and the following guidelines and restrictions apply:
1. Color-coded, numbered wristbands will be given out
2. There is a limit of ONE wristband per person. Wristbands only available while supplies last. A wristband does not mean you will meet him, but you will get an autograph. The first 1000 fans will be provided yellow wristbands. These fans will have priority access to the event.
3. The second 1000 fans will get blue wristbands. These fans will receive an autograph and time permitting will get to meet Justin
4. If you have a wristband you may leave the line to use the restroom, purchase the CD, beverages, etc.
5. NO ONE without a wristband may enter the line unless it is a parent accompanying his/her child (w/wristband)
6. NO ONE may enter the line after 6:00 p.m. the day of the event (Even if you have a wristband)
Autographing Guidelines
• Justin Bieber will ONLY be signing ONE item per person
• Sorry but personalized autographs will not be allowed due to time constraints
• Please have your ONE item for signing or CD booklet out of the case and in-hand when you get to the front of the line (Justin Bieber CD is available for purchase at the Justice Store)
• You will be asked to put away any additional or inappropriate items if you bring them to the event; or the items will be removed, and returned to you when the event is over
Photo Guidelines
• Sorry but NO photos with Justin Bieber will be allowed. You can take photos from the line, but all cameras/camera phones need to be put away before approaching the signing table. Failure to follow this rule may cause you to be removed from the line & event
NOTE: In the event of a cancellation no monetary compensation or re-scheduled event date will be offered. Please do not call the Justice Store or Mall for event details.
